Security:

Security is required for 18th birthday parties only and is arranged through our external security contractor.

One guard is required per 50 guests at $70 per hour plus GST. The approximate total cost is $400 to $1,200.

Security is not required for other function types.

​

Booking terms:

Booking notice: Please book at least 2 weeks ahead. Food orders must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event.

Deposit: A $200 deposit reserves your date. This is fully refundable if you cancel at least 3 weeks before your event.

Bond: A $250 refundable bond applies to all bookings. This is returned after the event if no damage is recorded.

Set-up access: Venue access is available 1 to 1.5 hours before your guests arrive for decorating, vendor access and event set-up.
