Booze Board Ordering Policy

 

To ensure the best experience, please review our Booze Board ordering terms before placing your order.

 

Availability
  • Booze Boards are available Friday and Saturday only.

  • Pre-orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Dates are subject to venue availability and private function bookings.

 

Deposit & Payment
  • A $70 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • The deposit will be applied to your total bill on the day.

  • The remaining balance will be payable on arrival, calculated at $70 per person.

  • Please ensure your group size is accurate when booking — final numbers affect preparation and service timing.

 

Confirmation
  • Once submitted, your order is considered a confirmed pre-order.

  • Our team will review your booking and contact you within 48 hours if your selected date is unavailable or clashes with a private event.

 

Cancellations & Changes
  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before your booking date will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the full amount.

  • Changes to group size must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior.

 

On Arrival
  • Please check in at the bar upon arrival with your order confirmation email.

  • Booze Boards are served as part of a 2-hour bottomless booze session.

  • Service times begins at your allocated time.

 

Responsible Service
  • The Industrial upholds the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Staff reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with RSA obligations.

  • Booze Boards and bottomless sessions are intended for responsible enjoyment.
